近年來全球氣候急遽改變，節能減碳已成為全球共識，有鑑於氣候變遷與產業節能減碳、永續發展議題皆與我們息息相關，新北市政府將於12月15日在市府大樓307簡報室舉辦「新北市氣候變遷與能源轉型論壇」。
論壇將邀請安侯永續發展顧問公司總經理黃正忠、海西諮詢公司負責人林正修、核能流言終結者創辦人兼執行長黃士修，以及立法委員蔣萬安共同探討如何進一步攜手更多企業與民眾投入減碳行動，將節能變成生活習慣與全民運動。
綜觀各國，推動能源轉型能否成功的關鍵主要來自於民眾參與的行動力，例如韓國首爾市成功推動「省下一座核電廠」即是最佳的案例。同樣在台灣，全國節電量第１名的新北市，即透過參與式預算的推動，結合基層，由下而上落實各項創新節電計畫。期望透過論壇分享新北多項創新低碳綠能措施，以協同各縣市投入低碳綠能行動，加快台灣推動能源轉型時腳步。

在南韓總統朴槿惠為讓好友干涉政府事務而公開道歉後，這起閨密干政風波並未因此而平息。數萬南韓民眾今天(5日)在首爾集會遊行，要求朴槿惠必須辭職下台。
警方估計，大約有4萬人參與遊行示威；但主辦單位則表示，有10萬人站出來，要求朴槿惠辭職。
根據美聯社報導，有數十輛警車停放在首爾市政府道路上。警方計劃封鎖前往總統府青瓦台附近的道路，以防止示威群眾衝進去。
朴槿惠在4日於電視上公開向南韓全民道歉，並表示願意接受司法調查，但反對黨仍威脅將迫使朴槿惠下台。
